Returns Policy

We offer a 24 hour cancellation period of any printing orders once placed.

Please note that as photography is a customised product, after such time, we can not refund money if the wrong order is placed or you change your mind.

We do not offer refunds on photos/prints/canvas where accuracy of colour representation is cited as being an issue. Colour is accurately reproduced, but because of the limitations of the internet and individual monitor colour settings, colours may differ from those displayed in the gallery or on-line.

We aim to ensure that the quality of our products are to a very high standard. If you are unhappy with any of them please email us and we will replace any damaged or poor quality products.

Please note that you will need to send these products back to us yourself to the returns address provided below.

We cannot be held responsible for returned items that fail to reach us. Please return items via recorded or insured carriage to protect yourself from such an eventuality.

Yellow Door Photography is not responsible for return postage costs.
